The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation with medium-length maceration, frequent pumping over, and delestage, followed by extended time on the lees. Aging occurs over 8-10 months in small oak barrels (barriques) and an additional 6 months in the bottle, resulting in a full-bodied wine with a velvety and elegant finish.
