Established in the 14th century, Tenuta di Ghizzano is one of Tuscany's oldest estates, located near the Tyrrhenian Sea. The Il Ghizzano Bianco is made from 50% Vermentino, 30% Trebbiano, and 20% Malvasia Bianca grapes. Vermentino is vinified traditionally by pressing the grapes and fermenting the juice at low temperatures with indigenous yeasts. Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes undergo a short skin contact before fermentation. The result is a fresh and fruity wine, perfect for summer dishes.
Enjoy Il Ghizzano Bianco slightly chilled as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as salads, seafood, or white meats. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for various occasions.
