After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels, we finish Penelope BourbonTM in a new, freshly toasted barrel. Each batch is a unique blend of our signature three bourbon mash bills and all have different custom chars & toasts making each bottle unique and different. The barrels selected for this series are the best our inventory has to offer and go through an extensive hand-selection process. BOURBON FACTS Type & Proof Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Strength Non Chill-Filtered Process Blend of 3 bourbon mash bills comprised of four grains (Corn, Wheat, Rye, and Malted Barley). Excellent Barrel Pick!

When I ordered this bottle I did not realise it was a barrel pick. I've had this bourbon before but with the Preet's barrel pick the maple/brown sugar notes come through more and the toasty notes are more balanced with the other flavors. Give it a try!
