Made from 100% malted barley, 75% of which is sourced locally from New York, this whiskey is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, providing a rich and layered flavor profile.

Tasting notes highlight aromas of ripe fruit, honey-dipped apples, and soft vanilla, with flavors of oak, sherry-like tannins, and toasted wood emerging on the palate.
