Crafted at Iron Smoke Distillery in Fairport, NY, this bourbon uses locally sourced grains from family-owned farms in the Finger Lakes region. The unique process includes smoking the grains with applewood before milling and mashing, imparting a subtle smoky sweetness to the whiskey. Aged in triple-charred virgin American oak barrels, the bourbon develops rich flavors of butterscotch, vanilla, and caramel, with a whisper of applewood smoke on the finish.
