  • Single cask, single malt Scotch whisky sourced and bottled by Sweetdram in Edinburgh, Scotland
  • Pot distilled at Ardmore Distillery in Kennethmont, Scotland
  • Aged 13 years in second-fill 53-gallon ex-bourbon casks which previously held Islay Scotch whisky
  • Toasted brioche, mesquite barbeque, and dried chipotle pepper on the nose transitions to a palate of peanut brittle, burnt orange peel, and Teriyaki with milk chocolate and charred oak on the finish
  • No added coloring
  • Limited release of only 219 bottles
  • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 58.6% ABV

From the personal collection of Sweetdram founders Daniel Fisher and Andrew McLeod Smith comes this single cask bottling from Scotland’s famed Ardmore Distillery. Straddling the line between Speyside- and Highland-style single malt, Ardmore’s woody, lignin-rich Highland peat is aged in ex-bourbon casks refilled with Islay Scotch, which imparts an iodine-heavy peat influence to this elegant, layered dram.
