Purchased in 1977 by Gilbert Gourraud, Château Lamartine benefits from a considerable number of aged vines capable of producing a concentrated grape. Taking advantage of both a plain that produces warm, supple wines and a hillside that produces a robust wine, Château Lamartine now offers its 70 ARES 2018.
It was with passion that Jerôme Gourraud took over the succession from Mr. Gilbert Gourraud in 1990. In a few years, the surface area of the vineyard increased from 13 ha to just over 19 ha to build new aging cellars in barrels and then a new wine cellar.
