Horrible fulfillment

Very slow arrival even though I paid extra for faster shipping. I ordered another bottle from a store in California a day after ordering this one and it arrived 3 days before yours was received, without expedited shipping. Emailed you several times for a status on my order and never received a single response. Also extremely overpriced.
