The Balvenie Sweet Toast American Oak 12 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky is aged primarily in ex-bourbon casks and finished in toasted Virgin Oak barrels imported from Kentucky. The result is a delectably complex whisky with notes of candied fruit, coconut and delicate vanilla. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a splash of water to expand the flavor. The Balvenie is dedicated to the five rare crafts that are used to create The Balvenies distinctive taste. It is the only distillery that still grows its own barley, uses traditional floor maltings and keeps both coppersmiths and coopers on site making The Balvenie one of the most handcrafted of malts.
