No more secrets, its finally here! Introducing Smoke Wagon Straight Bourbon Whiskey! Same 36% rye bourbon mashbill we always use and at 92.5 proof theres no need for chill filtration. It is flavorful, complex and might I say, delicious! The goal was to create an affordable expression that had the unique and unmistakable Smoke Wagon taste, consisting of delicate sweet notes and a rye spice finish. This was achieved by laying barrels down on the top floors of the warehouse where they were never rotated, so theyd be rich beyond their years but never over oaked. Well be alternating between 4 year off the 6th floor and 5 year of the 5th.
