Puiatti Ribolla Gialla is a white wine from Italy's Friuli region, made entirely from the Ribolla Gialla grape. This wine has a bright straw-yellow color and offers aromas of golden apple, gooseberry, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and light, making it easy to drink. The alcohol content is 12.5%.  The Puiatti winery, established in 1967 by Vittorio Puiatti, focuses on producing pure and simple wines by avoiding oak aging and over-ripening. This approach highlights the natural flavors of the Ribolla Gialla grape.
