The majority of this whiskey was aged for 3.5yrs with the balance coming in at 2.5yrs prior to bottling at 49% abv. The whiskey sings with bright notes that span an impressive range of classic rye notes from herbal eucalyptus, fresh licorice mint and citrus peels to sweet vanilla and whole spices.
