The 2025 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon is a limited-edition, 12-year-old, 92-proof sweet mash bourbon featuring notes of herbal tea, cardamom, green apple, oak, and vanilla on the nose and palate, with a finish of candied apple, leather, and chai spice. This unique release was distilled on a single day in April 2013, aged in Warehouse K, and is the first Birthday Bourbon in the series to be made using a sweet mash method.
