Curated by Freddie Noe, the 8th-generation Master Distiller, it pays homage to the Noe family's legacy in bourbon making. This special blend includes four key components: a 20-year bourbon laid down by Booker Noe, a 14-year bourbon from Fred Noe, a 7-year bourbon from Freddie himself, and an 8-year shared family blend​.

The Infinite Edition I is designed to be an evolving blend, with new elements added to each future release. This approach aims to create a continuous blend that captures the spirit of tradition while embracing the evolution of flavors​. With a robust 59.65% ABV, this bourbon offers a complex profile that features rich notes of oak, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of smoke.
