This whiskey is produced from estate-grown barley, which is traditionally floor-malted and smoked using imported peat from Scotland. The barley is then small-batch distilled and aged in a combination of charred American Oak, ex-Bourbon, and Sherry casks, which impart a rich depth of flavor.
