The Fonseca family, legendary cultivators of the Highlands of Jalisco and experts on agave farming for over a century have also become some of the most respected Tequila distillers in the world in the recent past. Don Fulano is made with 100% estate grown, hand selected and harvested agaves. Distillation utilizes a custom approach with a majority coming from a copper pot still and a small percentage from a unique double column distillate. The blanco is everything you want a great tequila to be - pure and invigorating with notes that reminded us of Dragon fruit, sweet herbs, lime blossoms, minerals and white pepper. The texture is round, the alcohol well balanced and the finish mouth-watering. All natural. 100% zero additives.
