Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal is made from 100% organic agave Espadin, hand-harvested and roasted in earthen pit ovens over hot stones, then naturally fermented and double distilled in small-batch copper pot stills. The result is a mezcal of exceptional quality, with a complex flavor profile that showcases the unique terroir of the Chichicapa region.
