Casas Patronales is a renowned winery located in Chile's Maule Valley, an area celebrated for its winemaking traditions. This Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from carefully selected grapes, resulting in a wine that embodies the rich heritage and quality of Chilean viticulture. The wine undergoes a meticulous vinification process, including cold maceration for eight days and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC with selected yeasts. It is then aged for six to eight months in French oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and depth.
