Bladnoch Distillery, established in 1817, is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries, located in the Lowlands region. The Alinta expression marks the distillery's first venture into peated whisky, named after an indigenous Australian word meaning 'fire' and 'flames,' reflecting its smoky character. Master Distiller Dr. Nick Savage crafted Alinta by blending peated spirit matured in PX sherry and ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a whisky that balances rich sweetness with smoky campfire notes
